On the weekend of 11th June, Source Marketing Direct’s Managing Director Hector Montalvo travelled from his London office to attend speaking engagements in both Manchester and Dublin. The events Mr Montalvo spoke at were both organised by sales and marketing experts, and open to all UK-based professionals seeking new networking opportunities and advice on how to fast track their business development and skills. On 11th June, Mr Montalvo travelled to the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin to join a number of prominent speakers from the industry for a full day of talks and Q&As. Speaking on ‘the four pillars of entrepreneurship’ and ‘fast track to business ownership’, Mr Montalvo shared some of the strategies and habits that led to his own success, and offered clear, honest advice on how young professionals in the industry can speed up their journeys to entrepreneurship.
On Sunday 12th, Mr Montalvo left Dublin and flew to Manchester to once again share these insights with young aspiring leaders within the industry. Held at the iconic Emirates Old Trafford, home to Lancashire County Cricket Club, Sunday’s event boasted an award-winning venue, which in the past has played host to events for iconic organisations such as O2, Google, Mercedes and Disney.
