Source Marketing Direct’s investment in the graduate job market has proved to be a shrewd move once again, as two of their most recent graduate contractors have excelled in their roles – leading to quick promotions.
The firm’s Managing Director Hector Montalvo believes graduates provide his business with a fresh perspective and outlook in an industry that is constantly evolving. This is best exemplified by two recent promotions of promising graduate personnel, Suraya Adams and Jason Kyereme, who have advanced just 4 and 5 weeks in respectively and proved themselves to be real assets.
Miss Adams has a Marketing & Advertising degree from university, and believes her short time working with Source Marketing Direct has already helped her to gain a greater knowledge of the business world,
