Source Marketing Direct – one of London’s premier outsourced sales and marketing solutions – held their annual end of year meeting and Christmas party at the Soho Hotel in London’s lively Soho district.
On Saturday 9th December contractors, suppliers, clients and business partners were all invited to the celebration that capped off yet another successful year for the firm. The day consisted of personal development talks from a range of high-profile guest speakers, who got attendees to assess their own performance and consider what they wanted to work on for next year.
Although the atmosphere was relaxed, Managing Director of Source Marketing Direct – Hector Montalvo – spoke at length about taking action from the talks of the guest speakers. It was clear that he was challenging his audience – not wanting his firm to rest on their laurels, aiming for a unified push after the New Year. “Each skill must be absorbed and implemented before moving on to the next, or progression cannot take place,” stated the Managing Director.
On top of this, a fairly intense brainstorming session followed, where the firm’s contractors sat down to blueprint game-changing ideas for 2018. Source Marketing Direct’s Managing Director, Hector Montalvo, has previously stressed the importance of thinking outside the box collaboratively when it comes to innovation, and the end of year meeting provided the perfect platform for others to contribute their own ideas. This is because their clients have become more demanding to improve the quality of acquisitions, and so Source Marketing Direct have to learn to evolve with current trends.
Source Marketing Direct carry out personalised sales and marketing campaigns for their clients on a face to face basis. Reflecting on his firm’s performance this year, Mr. Montalvo commented, “2017 has really been a great year for us. The awards and accolades we’ve won this year has been a testament to the hard work the guys have put in – I can’t thank them enough.”
Later the same evening the firm were able let off steam as their end of year meeting transformed into a Christmas party. The stylish boutique hotel boasts a wide array of facilities, and serves extravagant cocktails in its Refuel restaurant.
“We wanted to create soiree that embodies our ethos of ‘hard work pays off’, and we believe this evening at the Soho Hotel fitted the bill perfectly,” explained Hector Montalvo.
