In a move to support other business leaders across the industry, Source Marketing Direct have made the decision to host a monthly leadership seminar, the first of which took place this weekend on Saturday 12th July.
The first of these insightful events took place at the Guoman Hotel, located near the iconic tower bridge and the financial district, the hotel offers a spacious function suite and provided a perfect setting for Source Marketing Direct’s event.
Business owners and industry professionals travelled from all across the UK with some of their top sales force to attend the London meeting to improve their understanding of leadership traits further their existing skills.
Each month the 4 hour event will review a wide range of topics from Basic Leadership Characteristics to Relationship Development as well as advice on how to boost productivity and how to inspire a workforce. The purpose of the monthly event is to help other businesses to fully reach their potential by providing a supportive workplace where talent can be nurtured. ‘The event is designed to develop a strong core of individuals who will in time help to create an environment for success.
